The Edifier TWS NB earbuds are the least expensive truly wireless earbuds that I've found that implement Active Noise Cancelling technology. Overall, they are a very nice pair of earbuds that sound good and offer reasonable Noise Reduction and Ambient Noise modes that work best on constant environmental noise. There are a few quirks that I discuss in the video, but all-in-all I think these earbuds pack a lot of value for the price of $120.
