Welcome to Solitude, our new tropical Rainforest city! Episode 3 shows how to start planning road and transport networks early on in your city, laying out the network for our first larger beach town!

This is a modded Cities Skylines let's play series, with the focus on detail orientated mods (but no PO), we'll be building a completely playable and functional city with efficient mass transit networks, including all DLC and content creator packs. 2023 ready!
