Its Christmas time on the Island of Sodor and the railway is bustling with activity. But no matter how busy things are, Thomas never forgets to pay a cheerful whistle to Mrs Kyndley, who saved him from a serious accident the Christmas before. The engines all feel that its time to say Thank You to her properly, and The Fat Controller agrees to throw a special Christmas Party in her honour. However, disaster strikes when a heavy snowfall means Mrs Kyndley is snowed-up! Thomas, Toby and Terence mount a valiant rescue effort and manage to save her in time for the party.
