Before the speakers arrive and we dcc fit Percy or Emily. I wanted to show how analog trains work. Basically, the speed of the loco depends on how much voltage is sent into the track. The bad part of analog is you don’t always get good controllable sound effects built into the engines. When controlling trains on a digital layout you can make one train go without the other one moving. DCC is very expensive from £600-£1000. Analog train sets cost around £100-£300. Be careful as g scale trains can be a money pit.
