Starting at YCS Atlanta in February 2014, Konami forced every Top 16 player in the Americas to draft a brand-new deck at the table from Battle Pack boosters — real decks didn't matter anymore. The wildest final of that run: Denny Yu vs. Brandon Wigley at YCS Las Vegas, April 2014, decided by a Cyber Jar flip and a topdeck war between Ape Fighter and Pitch-Black Warwolf.
