Today I'm at Advanced Caravan Services in Derby to finally get the M-Level self-levelling leg system fitted to the Land Yacht. This is something I've wanted since I started motorhoming, no more ramps, no more calculating which direction to park based on which side my head's on, no more waking up feeling like I slept on a hill or walking round the motorhome like a pirate!
In this one I sit down with Phil, the owner of M Level, to talk through how the system works, where the idea came from, why being UK-made actually matters, and what they've got coming next including a weighing function that sounds awesome!
We also go through the features I didn't know about, like using the legs for security when you're storing the van and I get my first go on the controls.
I can't wait to get out there and put these through their paces, they really are going to change every parkup I do, not just wild camping in the motorhome but also on campsites. Have you got levelling legs or thinking about getting them, let me know in the comments below.
