Zucchini bread recipe-

1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups shredded or grated zucchini
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon

Mix the wet ingredients and then add dry ingredients and then put in a greased loaf pan

350 degrees for 45-50 min *depends on oven*
