Has the Hamilton Khaki Field finally met its match?
In this video, I take a close look at the Praesidus A-11 LMUV "Fresh Green." To commemorate the 82nd Anniversary of D-Day, Praesidus actually recovered steel from the hood of an original WWII Willys MB Jeep and transformed it into these watch dials. There is no artificial aging or printed effects here, you are literally wearing a piece of history with its own unique patina.
With 100 meters of water resistance, incredible lume, and a high-beat Miyota 9039 movement, this piece gives the classic Khaki Field a serious run for its money. Watch the full review to see how it wears on my 6 7/8" wrist.
