I have done tons of CSS Battles, but I have never actually played by the correct rules. I always try to build the CSS Battle as quickly as possible, but in this video I decided to write the code properly by trying to use the minimal amount of characters and wow it is hard. I will show you the various attempts I make to solve this simple looking CSS Battle and the many weird optimizations we can do.
