In this video, we take a closer look at the TrailManor 2720 Series and its unusual folding design. TrailManor says its patented system allows the trailer to be set up in about two minutes, giving campers considerably more living space without towing a conventional full-height travel trailer.
The 2720 Series can be towed by a properly equipped minivan, crossover, or SUV and is compact enough to fit inside a standard-size garage when folded.
Inside, the 2720 QB shown in the video packs in a queen-size bed, convertible dinette, full kitchen, storage, and a hard-wall bathroom.
TrailManor uses laminated closed-cell foam and aluminum construction to keep weight down while maintaining a hard-wall design. The company also claims towing its trailers results in only around a 10% increase in fuel consumption over a 100-mile trip.
