This tiny dog in a tiny convertible is spending the summer stealing attention wherever he goes. Cheech the Chihuahua turned heads during the Halifax Pride Parade as he rode in a small red car with rainbow flags sticking out the back. The CBC's Amy Smith caught up with him and his owner Julianna Bagnell.
