Back in 2022, TikToker Demi Skipper started what was called The Trade Me Project, where she used a trading method to acquire a house for free. But instead of keeping it, she completely renovated the home with her husband and then gave the home to someone in need for free. But then, she took it away from the person she gave it to and the online community came after her for it. Is Demi not the green flag that she's portraying herself to be? Or was there some red flag behavior that left her no choice?
