It all started with a message on social media…

What Could Dough Wrong decided to create a ONE-SITTING bakery challenge for Franco’s Feasts, and looking at it, I genuinely thought this might be one of the easier ones.

A huge sourdough loaf hiding a surprise inside, thick cheese & tomato focaccia, sausage rolls, cinnamon bites, cheese straws and a whole lot of dough!

Around 2.8KG of bakery goodness stood between me and victory.
But there was one thing I completely underestimated.

Just how difficult would all that bread be to get through?
