In this video, I wanted to share some crazy licks from one of my favourite guitar solos of all time. Satchel became one of my favourite players almost immediately after I discovered Steel Panther in 2011. Even if you never got on board with the band's lyrics and satire, do not make the commonly made mistake of dismissing Satchel as a musician. His playing taught me so much and rapidly accelerated my abilities as a player when it came to rhythm, simple but effective lead with unmistakably confident vibrato. This video is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Satchel's lick I have taught.
