One of those missions was in Mogadishu, Somalia, in 1993. Its typical accompaniment was four crew members and up to fourteen combat loaded SEALS. The helicopter was involved in missions in Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Colombia, Poland, Okinawa and the Horn of Africa. This aircraft was shot down on three separate occasions.
