Why do we build for cars, rather than people? Aren’t cities FOR PEOPLE? This shopping area seems to have sidewalks as an afterthought - like a lot of areas.
I like the idea of redeveloping these areas into transit oriented developments. This would increase the amount of businesses and the traffic they see (the human traffic, not the car traffic).
One can dream.
How would you improve this area?
