There's been a handful of these Wild West-inspired blasters running around, but they've always been a bit impractical because they've all used 3d printed shells. The Vulture by MrHeathPants and OutofDarts have fixed this by requiring no shells at all but keeping a lot of the awesome flavorful features anyway.
