I designed this room to trigger my OWN autism by using overstimulation and under stimulation. This includes flashing lights, colors, overlapping sounds, and more! Will I be able to spend 10 hours in a room that overstimulates people with autism and then 10 hours in one that under stimulates them? Let’s find out!

The first room is dubbed the “overstimulation room” and has flashing lights, overlapping sounds using speakers, challenges, and just a constant flow of stimuli intended to tire out my Asperger Syndrome mind to see what will happen next.
The second room however, if completely different and doesn’t have any simulus at all! Which is why we call it the “under stimulation room”. This one is meant to test the opposite!
I initially thought the under stimulation room would make my autism symptoms worse out of the two rooms, but in the end I was very much mistaken as the overstimulation room triggered my autism way more and made for some very interesting results!
