This ROCKET LEAGUE Training Routine Will Help You MASTER Your Mechanics! Rocket League is one of the most mechanic heavy Esports out there. And it's incredibly difficult to rank up without training. Whether this is by using free play, or other methods, you simply will not get better at the game without putting time into practising. So for this video, I am giving you a Rocket League training routine that focuses on mastering your mechanics. This routine is quite long and intense, so it is not for players that only play the game casually.
