In part 1 of the 1961 Harley Davidson Topper, I go over this rare show piece that was restored for display only. They cut a lot of corners in actually making it run. It looks nice, but it's not ride-ready. Can we get it running and driving? Or have I finally met my match? It's going to need A LOT of work for that to happen.
