I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked to recommend a drugstore eye cream that will specifically address dark circles and I haven’t had one to give you. I’ve been testing this one for weeks and it has really impressed me. I love the application method, the cooling sesation and the fact that it wears well under makeup.
