Enter the unforgiving world of Dune Awakening in this new RPG game heavily focused on survival and RPG gameplay for both solo and online co-op. An MMO-lite taking inspiration from Mass Effect and The Division with a deep desert persistent world where up to 500-900 players will share servers seamlessly meshed together to experience the full extent of the game, and open PvP will be enabled. You can scavenge for resources, build your own weapons, homes, gear, and complete quests within the super immersive Dune universe filled with Dune lore. Combat includes Fremen warrior martial arts, mobility boosters and powerful weaponry.

Combat can be fun but janky, but does improve with progression. Story, traversal, survival, and exploration being huge highlights. The Survival gameplay loop is very fun, pushing you to protect yourself against the world as it changes dynamically. Do your best to stay hydrated, and protected from the sun, and gear up to defend yourself against enemies or hunt them down for their resources in online PvEvP. The skill tree is also deep with about 4 different classes to choose from, all having their own perks and combat techniques. Character creator is pretty cool, and the option to mix and match all skills despite the class you choose is a great addition. Even if you're not a Dune fan, you will enjoy this game for the RPG, open world, and survival mechanics.
