In this video i wanted to Yap about a new rule change that was just put in place at my local pokemon card show. this new rule will BAN all vendors and customers from selling sealed product that have recently been released from pokemon. this is part of the effort to stop scalpers from selling at shows. what are your thought on this new rule?
