The Bitfortun BS-1 is a tiny Bitcoin lottery miner powered by a single BM1373 chip — and after testing it, I'm pretty impressed.
This Bitcoin solo miner can reach around 5.5 TH/s at roughly 90 watts at stock settings. I also tested different underclock and overclock settings to see where the BM1373 performs best in terms of hashrate, power consumption, and efficiency.
At one of my lower-power settings, the BS1 reached 4.4 TH/s at only 58 watts, working out to around 13.3 W/TH.
I also tested the dual-pool mining mode, splitting the hashrate between my local Bitcoin node and PowerPool, and checked the latency and rejected shares.
And yes — we're giving one Bitfortun BS1 away! 🎉
