Golly, Curry Barker. Are you okay?
I just got back from seeing Obsession. It starts a little slow. But then it gets moving and is genuinely funny. But then it takes a turn - and it really reset my nervous system.
It’s so upsetting. So dark. And then it’s funny - until it’s not. It’s a great first effort from Curry Barker and team and I’m looking forward to what he cooks up next.
Well worth getting tickets and seeing this with a crowd. It’s been a minute since I jumped in a theater from a scare and this one got me (and everyone else) so it was a good experience!
