The ASI Studio is a great addition to the community. It is fast and available on multiple platforms. And it is fast. Even older computers seam to run very well with this and the newest machines definitely benefit and can take full advantage of all the processors cores in new computers.
Also its default stacking perimeters seam really well tuned so that any new or novice astrophotographer will find just works out of the box. You won't have to spend huge amounts of time getting to know this software because it is so easy.
