In this video we talk aboutt the Goju Ryu-originated kata "Tensho" and how important this kata is as a foundation for kakie / Karate push hands - which comes into play for everything from bunkai, sparring, self-defense etc.

We practice Shidokan Karate but this should be applicable to most Karate styles, including Kyokushin, Goju Ryu etc.
