If you've watched my previous solutions and you're still having issues, this step-by-step walkthrough should do the trick and have you installing the apps you desire in no time.
SOLUTION:
1. Go to your PC/Mac and set up a VPN [Preferably USA] connection. [PUREVPN - bit.ly/2DzXoWp]
2. Connect to VPN and then open a new browser or tab.
3. Login to the Play Store, search for the App that you can't download.
4. Click install and select your mobile device from the list of devices.
5. Add App to your Google account.
6. Go to the Play Store on your mobile device and click show all Apps.
7. The App you just downloaded will be available in your account, click install to add it to your device.

When connected through a VPN, you are allowing access to your data being sent through the Internet like passwords and credit card info.
