The ancient gorilla greegree is a secret talisman locked behind the Western Provinces hard diary that very few know about. You may have seen on the Wiki or in the dialogue after completing the diary that it gives you access to a hidden room in the dungeon underneath the Ape Atoll temple, where you can find a monkey skull on the ground. This item is required for the ancient gorilla greegree, which turns you into a gorilla that does not exist anywhere else in game.
