Don't be afraid to plan out your builds ahead of time, even if it's just a simple block palette of colors to make sure things work before you get started. You'll be surprised how many color combinations actually work a lot better than you'd guess they would!

You can steal my palettes or make your own! They can be just a couple colors, or dozens, there's no rules to making your own color block palettes. Test colors, textures and patterns out before you build.
