In Kingdom Come: Deliverance II DLC Leagcy of the forge, you can actually help repair the old church bell in Old Kutna. Best of all, it really works after that and will ring with a different tune than the one in Kuttenberg. It's a small detail that was added in with the side activities from the DLC, but even those small changes hit hard.
