If kids don’t love their first baseball experiences, guess what? They’ll quit and find something else that’s more fun. I had SO MUCH fun playing as a little kid that it fueled me to work hard when I was older, to rehab and come back from not one but TWO Tommy John surgeries. And guess what? I learned a thousand times over that baseball requires tremendous discipline and focus and accountability and hard work…but I learned that along the way, not at the age when I was still sleeping with stuffed and animals and believed that Santa Claus was real. #tiktokgrowthchallenge #baseball #coachingtips
