We moved to Portugal for a slower, sunnier life… and somehow ended up building a wellness retreat, growing a secret moustache, and nearly drowning while trying to hunt fish like an underwater gladiator.
In this week’s video, I try (and fail) to master spearfishing, hide a moustache from my wife (spoiler: she still hasn’t noticed), fall in love with paddle tennis, and reflect on the unexpected joy of building something real out here — our new GlowState retreats.
Somewhere between salt water up my nose and unpacking boxes for the fifteenth time, I realised that maybe life doesn’t have to be perfect to be bloody brilliant.
