UPDATE: I'm trying new filming techniques and learning some hard lessons. After posting this video, I saw ghosting artifacts. I checked my source footage and could not see the same artifacts. That led me to my video editor. I noticed the project frame rate was set to 60fps; however, the source footage--while set to 60fps--isn't actually 60fps, it's 59.94 fps. As a result, the render was bodged due to missing frames from the source footage.
