aka my sad playlist. I really wanted to sorta organize my songs into the vibes they gave off, thus I begin with the certified tear-stained music I've written over the years. I've had a prolonged relationship with depression; some days feeling at peace with it and others feeling like all I can do to channel it is through music. I've also read many comments saying my music has helped folks in tough spots in their lives and that is indescribably touching. so here's this: I'm of the impression that if you are depressed, you need not immediately take the "be positive" route and try to suppress it. you should let yourself feel it and express it in a way that is healthy. that's the beautiful thing about music, you see—it allows me to express feelings I couldn't in any other way. I find indulging in "sad" music to be incredibly cathartic, and writing it myself even more so. if my music helps you or somebody you know in their journey through depression, it's my honor. I love y'all.
Songlist:
freeze
one word
empty
blackout
it won’t always be like this
back of my mind
i feel low and i miss you
you don’t love me anymore
young
expectations
end of the world
sleepwalk
hiraeth
dreams where you die
you’re so very far away
be a miracle if you’re listening
exhale
crowded world
darling don’t you worry
don’t let me forget
shapes and numbers
