The Indiana Fever, home to Caitlin Clark and many fans everywhere, banned independent reporter Scott Agness for his reporting on Clark and the team’s handling of her injury. Many in media have rightfully called this out for what it is. Overall it is a terrible look for the WNBA, women’s basketball, women’s sports, and shows a blatant overreach by a sports franchise, especially with an independent member of the press who has covered Indianapolis sports for decades.
