This moment in Pokémon Pokopia broke my heart.

I set up this cute little Pikachu area with a couch and a pikachu doll and the next morning, Mimikyu showed up.

When I talked to it, it said it wasn’t scary at all. Just a cute little Pikachu.

But then it admitted it was lying.

It just wanted someone to be friends with.

And knowing Mimikyu hides under that costume because it’s scared no one would love it otherwise.

That’s actually heartbreaking.
