Mario and Rosalina are both the best strikers in the game, so there's no use in trying to reinvent the position. Just leave them as hyper-offensive characters by tacking on extra technique and shooting. This is the most effective build I've found through testing, so just use these and leave the other positions to characters who are better at it.
