In this music documentary, we'll have a look at tempo / BPM (Beats per minute) in music. What is the best tempo or BPM for music according to science? Is there an ideal tempo that compels people to get up and dance? In this video, we'll explore what is the best music for dancing, or rather the best tempo for dancing, and more. Extensive research has been done on this, and scientists have now figured out that certain music and musical rhythms are more effective than others when it comes to making people dance. There are many genres of music out there ranging from tropical house, rock, pop, techno, trance, dubstep, and so on. They all have different tempos and energy. Energy typically goes up with tempo, so obviously not all music genres can have the same tempo.
