The Denver Nuggets have looked dominant to start this NBA season with Nikola Jokic playing some of his best basketball, Jamal Murray stepping up, Aaron Gordon continuing to improve, and despite Cam Johnson and Christian Braun not living up to expectations. They are setting franchise records, beat their nemesis the Minnesota Timberwolves, and feel like they're on a collision course with the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Western Conference Finals with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jokic again on a collision course for the MVP award. Even though the Nuggets won the 2023 NBA championship, they're better now.
