Description

Yesterday you had heavy bear sentiment, a big downdraft, then a full rip higher, nearly a 1,000-point swing off the Dow’s lows. Today looked bullish overnight on decent earnings, then the Nasdaq collapsed once the cash session opened.

In a range, the edge is respecting the boundaries and waiting for confirmation—not marrying the overnight narrative. If the Nasdaq can’t hold earnings-driven strength, the tape is still fragile. If it starts holding gains after the open, the range is trying to resolve higher.
