It seems like the CX Assassin clone trooper is not Commander Cody. We only saw Cody in one episode and have yet to see him in The Bad Batch season 3. Perhaps Captain Rex will find Cody on Mount Tantiss. Maybe we will see Cody again in future Clone Wars projects.
