Back in 2020 I bought what would quickly become one of my favourite processors. After some experience with the Ryzen 5 3600, I decided to give Intel's close-price competitor, the i5 10400 a try. And what a great chip it was.

These days, the 10400 seems scarce and expensive compared to AMD's alternative, but it's still surprisingly capable when it comes to gaming.
