They were doing 80 in a 45. Passed 2 cars as the lanes merged to 1. Then passed a car over the double yellow line. After behind us they passed a car over the double yellow line then. Watched them in my rear view. I was swatching a woman we just passed just bang u-turn from the right lane with out signaling. Then saw them pass over the double yellow line then flew past us. Car was full of people. This how you end up on the news.
