Planet of Lana 2 is on the way to Nintendo Switch 2, and I was lucky enough to travel to Gothenburg for a hands-on preview where I played around three hours of the sequel on a development build. In this early look, I focus on how the game feels to play, how it looks and runs on Switch 2 hardware, and what’s changed and evolved from the original.
I’ll also briefly recap what Planet of Lana is for those new to the series, talk through the new abilities, expanded puzzles, and environmental variety I experienced, and explain why this sequel already feels more confident in its design and presentation.
