The parkade across from my apartment has been broadcasting this, 24/7 for over a month now in Downtown Vancouver. Could you imagine a city where this is allowed and mulitple properties in a block all broadcast this sound?

I want to start a go-fund-me campaign. Buy POS cars and install the Mosquito devices and park them in front of the homes of the owners of WestPark! If this is legal, than that should be legal too!
