This Gun is the Best Gun in Payday 3? #shorts. The VF-7S or SCAR H is the best gun in the game. It finds itself in a beautiful middle zone between the AK-47 and the M14 EBR. Which has the ability to 1 shot headshot Heavy SWATs while being an automatic rifle that can down 10 enemies in a few seconds.
However, there are some downsides that I think are more than manageable. Firstly, It has a high recoil kick that can be controlled if you treat it more like a semi-auto or 2 shot burst weapon. Secondly, it has a slow reload, but with the Ammo Funnel and Replenish perk, that 20 round mag will feel more like 40, which is insane for a “semi-auto-like” type of weapon. And ammo pick up is also low, but can still be ammo positive if you're consistently getting 1-2 shot kills on most enemies.
The only other contender for top dog might be the EBR, but I still prefer the SCAR for its automatic fire for Dozers and clearing tight rooms.
