Pointing to an unrelated food when contending with a claim such as 'this classification of flesh is bad for you' gets you absolutely no closer to understanding whether or not the claim is true. It'd be super interesting for them to actually share data disputing the claim. But something that is really bad about the flesh of animals is that a sentient being was exploited.
