Just make sure that if you are using any music/sound FX that the channel "Gaming Sound FX" displays to make sure to look in the link In the description of any background music/sound FX they put on display that you want use to make sure you are able to use the background music/sound FX they display.

If they don't put a link at the top of they're description to where you can download the background music/sound FX they let it be known that you are to use said music/sound FX at your own risk within your videos.
