This is the local mom Eagle. She just tried to take a very long branch up to the nest but could not make the height. She ended up below the nest and for a moment she was stuck. The branch ended up hanging there and mom started taking it apart. I don't know if she was trying to break off a smaller piece to bring to the nest, or if she was trying to break off parts so she could carry the larger branch to the nest. I do know it didn't work and she abandoned that branch in order to find a smaller and more manageable stick.
